Complementing this network are our permanent, trained secret visitors, who carry out continuous “mystery shopping” evaluations across various industries.

For both inbound and outbound communications, we rely on CTP software, an advanced system capable of managing direct or rerouted calls and generating dedicated special numbers when required. Our teams are also equipped with tablets and ballot boxes for secure and efficient in-person data collection.

Data visualization and analysis are powered by specialized software designed to create and edit dynamic graphs, as well as leading statistical programs including Matlab, NCSS, XLS, SAS, and SPSS, ensuring precise data processing and reporting.
